On stock items:
When ordering a on stock item on working days (Mo to Fr) before 16.00h (CET) we will be able to ship the same day. When ordering after 16.00h (CET) we will ship your order the next working day. Standard delivery will be made in 1 ~ 3 days unless otherwise is described. Next day delivery is available and offered with additional costs for certain countries.
Out of stock items:
When ordering a out of stock item we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery date, maximum delivery time for out of stock items is 14 days. If this period cannot be met we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Track & Trace information:
Once your order is shipped from our central warehouse we will send you a notification e-mail with track & trace details of your parcel with which you can follow the delivery instantly.
Check up on delivery:
Once your WOOX parcel has arrived please check your delivery. If there is any mismatch or defect condition please inform our Support team within 48 hours after arrival of your delivery, send us an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery note before the driver leaves.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
After receiving your parcel with WOOX order you have 14 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return the purchased goods.

Our support team will send you instructions where you shall return your purchased goods. (WOOX central warehouse is located The Netherlands but we also have service subsidiaries in other countries like the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to send us a copy of your original purchase order or invoice.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case of a replacement, return shipment from WOOX to the client this will be paid by WOOX.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 calendar days, depending on the original method of payment.
If a item has been returned for replacement, inspection and shipment will be done within 2 working days (Mo to Fr).
